Bill4Time is very straightforward. The app is clean, responsive and easy to use. There were no issues accessing any part of this application during the review. Additionally, users are supported by a solid technical support team and can request assistance anytime via email or phone. The site can boast a 99.99% uptime for both 2011 and year to date in 2012.

New users can sign up for Bill4Time by accessing the pricing page. From there, new users can select a price plan that works best for them, or just start off with the 30 day free trial. The application requests the following information to setup a new account: full name, email address (will be their username too), company name, a company ID (short code to identify the company), password and they will need to accept the site's terms of service.

Finally, Bill4Time offers a Pro plan that runs $39.99/ month. This plan includes service for unlimited projects and unlimited clients and additional users can be added for a special price of $9.99/ month.

Bill4Time is a good application for anyone who relies on billable hours for getting paid. This can include lawyers, freelancers, CPA's and other professionals. Additionally, its free package and free trial makes the service very accessible for different people. The only issue is that this serves a pretty niche market, but for those that do fall into these categories, this can be a very powerful application.
